    I still have a hard time accepting that I may have to galloway too. Sigh.

      Seriously, it’s like “okay so why did I spend all that time training?” But sometimes you just have to accept it :\

    summer is a long way away you have plenty of time so def take it slowly.

    “ohhh ‘life'” :) that is one of my go-to phrases…

    and i don’t personally use galloway but i have seen plenty of people have success with it and run the entirety of their races. i think training is a go-by-feel thing and you have to do what you can.

      Yeah it’s definitely something to feel out. The specific ratio for my race speed would be 3 min run, 1 min walk. Aaaand I can do way better than that. So I won’t be doing exactly the Galloway method, just some form of run/walk. Probably walking through each water station and for a minute or so after the station.
